About Arizona Strip Landfill

Arizona Strip Landfill provides safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible solid waste disposal for residents, businesses, and contractors across the Arizona Strip region, including Colorado City, Hildale, Fredonia, and surrounding communities. Located approximately 8 miles south of Colorado City on Arizona Highway 389, the landfill offers a convenient regional facility where customers can properly dispose of waste in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Who We Are

Arizona Strip Landfill is owned by the Towns of Colorado City and Fredonia, Arizona, and operated through the Arizona Strip Landfill Corporation. Our governing board and staff are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-managed facility that supports public health and protects the unique desert environment of the Arizona Strip.
